Economy Guide
Core Point, Core Shards, reward queue and Terra Claim — the economic systems driving Corewilds.
Next: Wallet TiersCorewilds Economy
The Corewilds economy is game-first. Every economic system is tied to actual gameplay actions rather than abstract token mechanics.
Core Point
Core Point (CP) is the off-chain progression currency. You earn Core Point by playing the game:
- Mining blocks — Each block broken awards CP based on block rarity and hardness
- Killing mobs — Hostile mob kills award CP scaled by mob difficulty
- Exploring — Visiting new chunks and discovering caves grants exploration CP
- Crafting — Completing crafting recipes awards small CP bonuses
- Daily activity — Consistent daily play builds a CP multiplier
Core Point is used for ranking, eligibility thresholds, and internal economy state. It is not a token and cannot be traded directly.
Core Shards
Core Shards are rare in-game resources found deep underground in caves and old ruins. They pulse with energy from the world core and are the rarest collectible resource in Corewilds.
- Found in cave biomes at deep Y-levels
- Appear near basalt shelves and abandoned builder sites
- Can be used in advanced crafting recipes
- Contribute to reward queue eligibility
- Planned role in Core Zone access and settlement objectives
Reward Queue
The reward queue is a server-side review system. When a player performs an eligible economy action (rare mining, boss kills, milestone achievements), the event enters the queue for validation.
- Campfire activity, mob kills, and mining actions are rate-limited
- Cooldowns prevent spam farming of the same resource
- Suspicious patterns trigger review flags
- Queue entries can be approved, delayed, or rejected
- No entry guarantees an automatic payout
Terra Claim
Terra Claim is the land protection system. Players can claim a region of the world to protect their builds, workshops and settlements from other players. Claims create social memory in the world — recognizable player-owned spaces.
- Claims protect a defined area from block breaking by others
- Claim capacity may be influenced by wallet tier
- Claims are the foundation for settlements and creator spaces
- Visible claim borders help players navigate owned territory
